Hello there!

Hi, I'm Moor. Or Jess. Whatever you would like to call me. I've been roleplaying warriors forever, it feels like, even before I read the first book eight years ago (I did so rather poorly at that time, but I swear I've gotten better). Actually, today I re-read Into the Wild for the first time since then, and it reminded me of how much I love to roleplay. So... here I am!

I hope to be a pretty active member here. I'm currently a junior in high school involved in jazz band, winter guard, and, hopefully soon, quiz bowl, so I'm a pretty busy person in general. However, I'll still go out of my way to devote time to this place. Maybe I won't be here every single day, because I'm trying not to go overboard like I usually do with warriors sites, but I'll certainly be doing as much as I can with the time I do have!

...Unfortunately, posts will take a while to type, because my keyboard really sucks and likes to type certain letters twice and others not at all if I type to fast, plus my backspace hates me...

Other stuff about me:

Yo hablo espanol (and I just found out that my alt-number pad thing doesn't work anymore; time for a new keyboard?) y me encanta Argentina, pero vivo en los Estado Unidos. Mi piace italiano piu que spagnolo, ma no parlo... tanto...

Camping is my favorite thing in life. I love being outside, I love challenges, I love getting to know people. If I had to define myself by a really general stereotype, I'd be the camper. Flannel is cool. Although that could be because I live in Minnesota...

I also play trumpet! I have for a little over six years now, but just this year I've really found the passion for it. I especially like to march, so to any marching band kids out there, let's be friends!

And I play ultimate frisbee in the springtime. Sometimes in the summer. Last summer I got a concussion from playing volleyball at a frisbee skills camp out in Oregon. Go figure. I love frisbee people, though.

And theater people. Last night there was a cast party for this year's musical. I was down in the pit orchestra, playing my trumpet (and flugelhorn and piccolo trumpet, possibly the coolest instrument ever) as usual, but I still got to hang out with the cast, and I think they're really cool people. I wish I could act. I used to, in middle school, but I guess I wasn't very good, because I was only cast once, and I didn't have any lines... Oh well. It was fun!

I used to cross-country ski! And I miss it a lot! There has been little in my life that has felt so rewarding as climbing a really steep hill after a long day of practice! Now I do winter guard in the winter, but hey, I'll talk about skate and classic technique all day if you want! (classic's better)

I love pep band, especially for volleyball games. I played volleyball from third grade through seventh grade, and watching the varsity team play if super exciting. I miss that too.

And... I'm a black belt in Kung Fu. Just throwing that in for good measure.

So that was practically everything you would ever want to know about me, short of... well, short of everything interesting. I can't wait to talk to all of you and get to know you!

...which means we're instant best friends, OKAY?. uh, anyway. welcome to luminous! i'm cobalt, one of the admins here. tiger'll be around later to say hello! i'm a sophomore in high school, and i enjoy EVERY EXTRACURRICULAR YOU MENTIONED, MARRY ME. haha.

i used to camp all the time with my family when i was younger. C: it was great! i'm captain of our quiz bowl team here (it's called scholastic bowl) and i have been for four years. i lovelovelovelovelove, did i mention that i LOVE, marching band? it's just...my favorite thing to do. i mean, i love symphonic band season, but ohmigod. nothing beats marching band. i'm a clarinetist (who is silently weeping because there was a crack in the wood of my new clarinet and it's on its way to chicago to get all of its keys taken off and put on a new upper joint) and i once dated a trumpet player.... let's just say i have my own handful of stereotypes for them, but heck, that's just how band works. c:

i'm a bit of a theater person; i've auditioned twice and i've only gotten a minor role in the musical last year (Wizard of Oz), and i've been backstage for two years now at the plays. our cast parties are at a local pizza place and they took the jukebox out of it because we sang and danced until closing, which is really lame on their part. on the second night of shows, we go to one of the girls that always gets cast's house which is huge, and the popular guy who has been in every production since he was born gives us a fake tour of her house (guess what? he's a trumpet player, hahaha).

well it just seems crazy for someone like me whose pastimes mostly just include napping and eating

anyway I'm tiger! I usually make all the skins and graphics and junk, and I'm on all the time. like seriously I'm almost always lurking. so if I don't reply in the cbox or something at first, just gimme a minute. :3 if you have any questions or concerns just shoot me or cobalt a little message and we'll do our best for you!

crickey Moor, you must be amazing to manage all those wonderful activities :D I wish I was that dedicated.. sadly I'm quite the lazy-bum hence me being sat on the laptop right now ^.^ Awh that's awesome that you and Cobalt both love marching band! Well I guess the only I can say I do is ride horses, we have four to be exact along with three dogs and two cats 8D Oh, I also live in the UK, just a random fact there :-) s started reading warriors when I was about 14, and i'm 17 now, started reading The Fourth Apprentice a while back but it was on my ipad and i completely forgot about it actually.. so yeah I've read all the books up to the last series! looking forward to roleplaying with you all<3
